We ordered two sofas from sofa.com in September. They arrived upon delivery with immediate faults - snags and crushed pile from improper storage. The delivery people took pictures and told us they sent them to sofa.com so that they would send out a technician. We heard nothing from sofa.com following this. We then called ourselves, provided photos of the faults and were told a technician would fix them. It took nearly two months for an appointment with the technician. The technician then failed to fix the problems. Upon arrival, he claimed that he was only there to inspect the issues as he had no notice of the problems (despite us providing photos well in advance). He had brought no tools with him. Subsequently, customer service claimed the technician could not assist because of parking restrictions. The customer service is utterly confused and not adequate in light of the high prices and quality they purport to offer. I highly recommend you try alternative providers - we wish we had tried Arlo & Jacob or Sofas & Stuff.
