Caution! Poor durability and frustrating customer service.

Caution! After just two years, the leg on my custom bed snapped. I've been waiting since September 2025 for a replacement under their warranty. I've dealt with multiple mistakes from the service: first they got my address wrong, then delivered the wrong parts, and finally they couldn't figure out how to order the correct ones, even though the bed is still listed on their website. Five months later, I'm STILL waiting. Currently, my bed is supported by an antique wooden box. Caution! The warranty isn't worth much since customer service is ineffective. It's best to steer clear.

Avoid this company. High prices, low-quality sofas.

Avoid this company. High prices and low-quality sofas. We purchased the 2 and 3-seater models after testing them. Within a year, the cushions flattened despite regular care. The back cushions provide no support, causing discomfort, and the seat cushions are quite hard. After nearly 2 years, we are now searching for new replacements!

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company. Prices are excessive, and the quality of the sofas is lacking. We purchased the 2 and 3-seater models after trying them in the showroom. In under a year, the cushions became completely flat despite regular fluffing. The back cushions provide no support, resulting in back pain, and the seat cushions are uncomfortable. After almost 2 years, we are now looking for replacements!

Total disaster and untrustworthy

Please reconsider ordering from this company. I ordered 2 beds in October, which arrived for assembly but with several missing parts, including slats and mechanisms. They did not expedite replacement parts and said I would have to wait as new orders took priority. Unbelievable—I'll never order here again and recommend you avoid it as well! Now, I have no beds for Christmas guests, and I can't even get a quick refund. Zero customer service—I've washed my hands of this issue. What a letdown and untrustworthy business practices!

Four weeks later, still no refund

I ordered a new bed but had to cancel due to unforeseen building issues discovered shortly after. I canceled within the allowed timeframe and received confirmation from the support team. Now, after four weeks, I'm still waiting for my refund! I've sent multiple emails, and they said my request was forwarded to the accounts team a week ago, but no refund has come through. This is completely unacceptable, and I've had to dispute the transaction with my credit card provider. Avoid!

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company. I haven't even received my sofa yet, and the experience has been a complete mess. From the start, my order was mishandled—wrong specifications, incorrect prices, and staff who seemed confused. Delivery was chaotic, with conflicting dates from the company and the delivery service. Now I've been told I need to arrange assembly with another third party, as neither the company nor the delivery service does it. For such an expensive purchase, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. The support staff try their best, but the system is clearly broken.

Legs not included in warranty!

I strongly advise against buying any products with legs. Apparently, the legs aren't covered by the same warranty as the frame, as they're not considered part of the sofa's construction. If they break, they won't help with a faulty screw and will insist on purchasing a full set of replacement legs. The lifetime warranty doesn't cover legs. Terrible customer service for something as simple as replacing a screw.
