The sofa material is cheap and shiny, does not look the same as on the website. I decided to keep it due to delivery waiting time. I moved to a new place and did not have much furniture. However, after just few months with very limited usage, the appearance of the sofa worsen significantly. Outer layer looks bad, is all wrinkled, colour fades away. Material inside of the storage is wore off. It is not worth paying almost £1000 if it is not even going to last 1 year. Contacted customer service who said it does not come under guarantee and then stopped responding to my emails.. not happy at all...
