I ordered the Julian sofa, it's a really nice looking sofa, defo what I was looking for and so comfy! The material is very soft. It got delivered by Martin&Roman, they were so nice and professional, it took them under 10 minutes to assemble the sofa&they explained how the storage mechanism works. Highly recommend!! :))))
David and roman delived our sofa delivery came quick and tracking was on point they both we awsome and offered installation as well. Haven't checked out the sofa itself yet but so far all looks great. Thanks sofa bargin

Just had our sofa delivered by Damian and Denis, absolutely in love with it! The guys were absolutely amazing got to work straight away assembling the sofa taking all rubbish away with them made sure i was happy with it before signing and leaving, just had new carpets fitted and didn't even have to ask for them to take their shoes off! Thank you soo much guys for a really good experience! Will not be the last time i order with Sofa Bargain!
Just had a chaise sofa bed delivered couldn’t be more happier for the price good quality looks nice and as for delivery guys who went above and beyond Peter and Pablo assembled it in no time removed all packaging arrived earlier, they even said shall we take our shoes off which they didn’t need to but respected my home now that goes a long way, will use again.
David and Damon provided excellent service. The sofa was installed very quickly. No scratches or damage. Would definitely recommend their service!!! Couldn’t have asked for better service.
I had a very disappointing experience as my sofa was cancelled due to delivery delays. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it would take 14 days to process, which is completely unreasonable. They are quick to take your money but not to return it. It's now been over 14 days, approaching almost 3 weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. The support team is unresponsive, and the chat service offers no real assistance, just repetitive responses. I would not recommend this company based on their customer service!
