Sofabed.com was always responsive when I had questions. The couch was as described. The seat is a little firm but that’s better than too soft. The fabric is soft. The delivery was quick, just 2 weeks. The delivery was excellent and they placed the item in our RV as we requested and took away the boxes. We haven’t used the bed yet. I’ll come back and update after we use the couch and bed for a while.
