The couch is amazing and I’m glad to have gone with sofabed.com, however, the delivery was subpar. We were supposed to have full furniture assembly, but the delivery men failed to read the instructions and believed it could not be assembled. They left while the item was still in pieces, saying “sorry, we’re late for other deliveries”. I assembled the entire thing myself after they left and it’s all great now, but I would have preferred this to be done by the people I paid to do it. The product is great, but they should use other delivery people.
