Everything was great -- buying, speed of delivery, setup, product -- but the only downside to my experience was that I didn't get the call, as the C/S person said I would, to tell me what the delivery window would be. I was told I'd receive a call 24 hours before delivery. The sofa arrived at 8a--I'm glad I was awake, but I needed time to move the existing futon to another room. My husband and I were able to do it in a rush. The driver said he/someone had texted my cell. I looked and it was there, but it must have arrived after 11p the night before because that's when I turned my phone off, and I didn't turn it back on until 2 min to 8 the next morning! I was told I'd get a phone call, on my primary number (landline) which is best, but there was no call made to the primary number nor on my cell, just a text.Other than that, everything was fine.
