My sofa was delivered on time and the delivery drivers were very helpful. Unfortunately I noticed some marks on my cushions, clearly from being walked through the house via the front garden so I sent a message to SofaClub and was immediately supported by a very helpful Tayla. She was very understanding and quickly provided me with options, I chose to have a professional cleaner attend my property and spot clean the sofa.
This gentleman was very professional and friendly, he took his shoes off at the door and was in and out within 30mins - the sofa was left spotless and all marks gone!!
