Really happy with my gorgeous Bloomsbury 3 seater & Love chair, I had my previous 4 seater sofa from sofa club for years so knew they done great quality sofas, I was going to get another 4 seater but the Bloomsbury 3 seater is massive it’s the same size as my previous 4 seater so I’m pleased I didn’t need to get the 4 seater as the love chair is amazingly large too you could easily squeeze 3 people on there, I was looking for a new sofa suite and I put the Bloomsbury in my basket online for ages whilst I was looking about but I just kept going back to it, I went to 4 other sofa company’s to check out what they had but nothing caught my eye, so I went to the Lakeside shopping centre as they have a selection of some of the best seller sofas from Sofa club and luckily enough they had the Bloomsbury there, as soon as I sat on it I knew it was just what I was looking for, it’s really comfortable and looks really lovely with any decor also with this sofa it has great spring back with comfortable medium firmness cushions unlike some of the sofas I was trying and that I struggled to stand back up from as they were too low and too soft as a everyday usages sofa, the Bloomsbury is absolutely perfect, the gorgeous luxe chenille material is amazing and compared to so many other over priced sofas this is in a Affordable price range, very happy with my new sofa suite. Thank you xx

Exceptional throughout. I ordered the Marleybone medium with 2 footstools after booking a phone appt to speak with Michelle (Hertford) who was highly informative and helpful. She helped me with opening up options of what would work and followed through with my email questions too. I ordered yesterday, to have my items delivered and fitted by Jassa and colleague at 10am this morning! Jassa was efficient, polite and quick. He checked the set up and then asked me to check. I can't be more than happy! Now, it is whether we keep the second footstool or return as it's rather large. Overall, very happy with ease or ordering, phone support and delivery service. It is as if our new kitchen sofa has appeared overnight by magic. Thank you!

The first sofa I received was nice but didn't fit well in my flat so I exchanged for a different one

The first sofa I received was nice but didn't fit well in my flat so I exchanged for a different one. However the delivery driver refused to deliver and the delivery company tried to call them twice to deliver and they refused. I had to take a day off and it was a waste of time and money! The agent from Sofa Club (Danielle) was really unhelpful- I asked for compensation considering I had to take a day off and she tried to mention that the exchange was done for free so there won't be one? Their policy is full refund within 48 hours so that doesn't make any sense. She also ignored all my messages when asking for who I can contact regarding compensation and when I could expect the update regarding rebooking. I am so disappointed in this whole experience. The sofa's seem great but the company & delivery service is appalling.

I just had to leave a review to say how brilliant Glen has been throughout my whole experience with The Sofa Club!
Yes, there were a couple of little hiccups along the way (totally out of Glen’s hands), but honestly, he was absolutely wonderful. He kept me in the loop the whole time and worked so hard to sort everything out for me.
I really appreciated how he stayed on top of things and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Even when things didn’t go quite to plan, Glen did everything he could to make it right - you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me out.
His friendly approach and can-do attitude turned what could’ve been a bit stressful into a really positive experience. If you’re lucky enough to work with Glen, you’re in great hands!
And the sofa itself? Absolutely beautiful! We’re so happy with it!

Impressed with the Quick Delivery!

I just wanted to share my experience after ordering a sofa yesterday and receiving it today. The delivery team was incredible; even in the rain, they were courteous and considerate. They set up the sofa for me, and I couldn't be happier with its beauty. It's amazing to think I ordered it just yesterday and it's already here. Excellent Service for Footstool Exchange

I ordered a footstool, but it turned out to be too large upon arrival, so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller version. I reached out to customer service, and the representative acted quickly to facilitate the exchange. The collection of the original footstool was arranged for the next day, which was impressive, especially during the Christmas season. I'm very pleased with the assistance I received.

Excellent Support for Our Sofa Delivery Issue

We received our sofa and decided to attach the legs ourselves. Unfortunately, we installed them incorrectly and assumed there was a problem. The support team was incredibly helpful in sending someone to assist. I spoke with a representative who resolved the issue promptly.
