The first sofa I received was nice but didn't fit well in my flat so I exchanged for a different one. However the delivery driver refused to deliver and the delivery company tried to call them twice to deliver and they refused. I had to take a day off and it was a waste of time and money! The agent from Sofa Club (Danielle) was really unhelpful- I asked for compensation considering I had to take a day off and she tried to mention that the exchange was done for free so there won't be one? Their policy is full refund within 48 hours so that doesn't make any sense. She also ignored all my messages when asking for who I can contact regarding compensation and when I could expect the update regarding rebooking. I am so disappointed in this whole experience. The sofa's seem great but the company & delivery service is appalling.
