I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Sofalistic.
I paid around £130 for delivery, which I expected would come with a reliable and professional service. Initially, I was given a delivery window between March 27 and April 6, but my order has now been pushed back to April 11 with no proper explanation.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and no one answers or calls back. For a company charging this much for delivery, this is simply not acceptable.
At this point, I feel let down and would not recommend based on my experience so far. I hope they address this and improve their customer service.
