Impossible to get hold of once your order falls outside of the normal system. No one answers the phone and when I raised a dispute, the initial mail was responded to with a standard response and we have had no further responses since despite mailing and calling every day.

What went well: The sofa was delivered on the requested date. Affordable options. The sofa initially met expectations. What didn't go well: One of the delivery drivers damaged the sofa while unloading it. They also hesitated to bring the sofa into the living room despite our assurance it would fit. I understand the company's concerns about property damage, but we managed to get it in without issue afterward. This reflects more on the delivery service than the company itself.
