After researching the sofa and loveseat that I wanted and seeing Sofa and Sectionals name and advertisement come up several times, I did some research and decided I felt comfortable with the company, their terms and their favorable pricing.I was not wrong. From the moment I entered the order I was given a quick and efficient status update, and then was contacted a week (?) later in person to discuss the process of billing, shipping and other matters. Everything went off without a hitch, and the sofa's arrived yesterday in perfect shape and without any issue.Perfect is a tough word to use correctly, but I think the overall experience here was all of that, especially considering an online order with a vendor I had never done business with.
