The quality of the cushion infil is appalling, they become uncomfortable to sit on, don’t retain their shape and need to be plumped up each time after use.The company replaced my sofa cushion infills due to quality issues. But 18 months later we are back to where we started.I have now purchased new cushion infills. Most telling of all, the upholster said the quality of the infill was sub standard.
