I was very anxious about ordering online without seeing or trying
But instantly loved the look of the Mia sofa and chair so I went ahead and ordered
A few days later I was contacted about a delivery date. 3 weeks quickest ever for me normally waiting 3 months with other companies
On the 3rd of Feb my sofa and chair arrived. The 2 delivery drivers were brilliant friendly and very helpful when placing my furniture where I wanted it
I highly recommend SofaSofa and can honestly say these are the most comfortable sofas I have ever had

The look of these sofas is impressive. HOWEVER, it's advisable to stay away. The quality of the cushion fill is poor; they become uncomfortable, lose their shape, and need constant fluffing after each use. The company did replace my sofa cushion fills due to previous quality issues. However, 18 months later, we're back to square one. I've since purchased new cushion fills. Notably, the upholsterer pointed out that the quality is subpar. It's no wonder there are persistent quality issues. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID.

The quality of the cushion infil is appalling, they become uncomfortable to sit on, don’t retain their shape and need to be plumped up each time after use.The company replaced my sofa cushion infills due to quality issues. But 18 months later we are back to where we started.I have now purchased new cushion infills. Most telling of all, the upholster said the quality of the infill was sub standard. No wonder there are quality issues.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID

Ordered two large Florence sofas totaling almost £4k on the 17th November and was delighted to hear that they would arrive in time for Christmas. As the furniture from this company comes from Wales I was given a time slot of 7-10pm on a Monday which I had to accept. As we have a narrow turn in our drive I emailed the dispatch department to inform them, to receive a written acknowledgement. Unfortunately on the day of delivery I was told that the van could not fit down our drive and they would have to head back up to Wales with our sofas. I suggested they leave the van outside the drive on the road, but this was not an option that they were willing to consider. To our disappointment, we had to spend Christmas without anything to sit on - due to an issue which was not our fault. Delivery was finally re-booked for January and the delivery team arrived as promised, but unbelievably they were in fact able to park outside our drive as I'd originally suggested!If this was done the first time around we would have had our new sofas for Christmas. Time was wasted for both us and the drivers! The sofas are absolutely lovely and superb quality, but 5 stars would have been given had it not been for the poorly planned delivery.

The ordering and delivery process was very easy. We were in the process of decorating the room when the chairs were delivered so we kept them wrapped in plastic and left it a couple of weeks before looking at them properly in the room. Unfortunately the two armchairs we ordered just didn’t look right in our space, but they were lovely quality and when I telephoned to say we needed to return them the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained the returns process and timescale. The company contacted me quite quickly after that to confirm a date and the guys turned up on time to collect and were helpful and friendly. I’ve just received the refund only two working days later. No issues whatsoever. It was such a shame that we had to return them but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you’re looking to order decent quality furniture for a very reasonable price, from a company that provides excellent service. They were easy to get through to on the telephone, were clear in their communications and delivered what they promised.
I recently purchased a brilliant corner sofa from sofasofa. The service was absolutely fantastic, they were ok the phone should I have any queries, send material samples out quickly & even delivered before the predicted timeline. I am so thrilled with my sofa. I purchased it without seeing it in person (slightly risky) but felt confident I would like it from the videos online & website. I recently purchased two sofas from Sofa Sofa and couldn’t be happier. The sofas themselves are beautiful and extremely comfortable but I wanted to really say how impressed I was with the service as it was fantastic!
