Order put through in Jan 2025 arrival date was due April, i rescheduled and twice deliveries have failed. first time because of the amount of steps to my property even though i completed a pre delivery assessment form, now a manager called back to inform me there's been a mix up on their end and my order was somehow mistaken and they are currently looking into this. NOT GOOD ENOUGH why re-schedule a delivery if the goods are not there? the customer care team have been poor ive had to chase for ETA's no follow up calls and the last phonecall i was disconnected. Please refund my order
