I ordered a sofa on 12th October, assured it would be delivered before Christmas, expecting it in early December. I called weekly for updates, only to be told it would arrive before Christmas. On 20th December, I tried to get in touch with the stores, but all lines were down due to holiday closures. After numerous emails and social media complaints, I received a call on 23rd December from a representative who said it would likely take another week. They mentioned that the 'guarantee before Christmas' was just an approximation. As of today, 23rd December, there is still no update on the delivery. Additionally, the representative claimed there was no record of my full deposit payment made online a week ago. Extremely poor service, with no compensation offered. I cannot recommend this service.
