My experience with the local branch was extremely disappointing. The representatives repeatedly provided false information regarding stock and delivery. I was assured by the salesperson that the item was available and would arrive within days, which later turned out to be untrue. Both this individual and the store manager gave misleading assurances, even stating that the item was 'out for delivery,' leading me to wait all day in vain. It became clear that I was being misled. I had to visit the store several times just to receive more inaccurate details. After weeks of stress and misinformation—right before the holiday season—I had no choice but to cancel my order. The level of dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and unreliability was unacceptable.
