Is this financial Institution a fraud? Where did you all get these praises from. It has been 5 days since I wired some funds to mm Investment account with SoFi. Always hard to get someone to talk to, when I finally did, he got my transfer detail and promised to email me back with answers, but he never got back to me. No customer service email on their website.
