ZERO is the correct rating for the rude and unprofessional security staff at Sofia airport T2 .Absolutely unprofessional and disappointed service at every level, the worst experience ever. 0 customer service - at the Sofia airport, there are rude staff at every step. Totally unacceptable, how can you recruit someone in the service industry without proper customer care skills and without even speaking English.For Bulgarians , the security staff are even more rude and aggressive, acting as owners of the airport.The procedures are not followed, you are unable to receive the names of the guards failing to provide service Zero respect to traveler’s , unacceptable - legal actions needs to be taken , as I will do .
