Wrong information and I with a child missed the flight. We were checked in and had boarding cards. The flight departured 10 minutes before the declared time of delay. Information was "delay" not "boarding" and no gate. People from airport said that the flight was full, they sold our places to other people. On the que to ask "why?" there was another guy who missed the flight for the same reason. Staff were really arrogant.
