If I could I would give 0 stars.. rude staff swearing at people in Bulgarian assuming they won’t understand. I was about to go on a BA flight and an elderly woman with glasses tried to persuade me to check in my small cabin luggage and when I refused she became aggressive and started rushing me and became extremely rude and insulted me in bulgarian.
