Disappointing is the right word. I purchased this ring after reading what seemed like a genuine review online (which I now suspect is linked to them). When the ring arrived, it wasn’t even labeled correctly and came in very cheap packaging. After just two days of wear, I realized it wasn’t what I expected and wanted to return it, as their site states returns are accepted. The first representative confirmed the return was fine, but then the situation changed. They began negotiating my refund, offering discounts to convince me to keep the ring, claiming that accepting the return would be too costly for them. This is unacceptable and contradicts their own policies. After much back-and-forth, I finally secured a refund, but they then asked me to clean, repackage, and ship the ring at my own expense to another customer! Essentially, they expect me to do their job. This whole operation feels like a questionable overseas company lacking in customer service and ethics. I would advise steering clear unless you want to waste time, money, and patience.
