I’ve been using Sofiring for about a month. So far, it’s been genuinely helpful for building better habits — especially around sleep.

I care more about sleep quality than just total hours. Tracking my sleep every day keeps me accountable and helps me see how much rest my body actually needs. Having the numbers in front of me makes me go to bed earlier and aim for the recommended sleep time, instead of just guessing.

One thing that surprised me: it flagged possible inflammation once, and the next day I woke up with a sore throat. That felt like the health insights were actually picking up on something real.

The main benefits I’ve noticed so far: better awareness of my sleep, more consistent sleep routines, and more motivation to stay active. Curious to see how much these habits improve with more time.

THIS IS A SCAM.

Received it after waiting a month, only to discover it is a 10€ cheap ring that doesn´t work well. When you pair it to the app (sh*tty btw) the ring has the name of S10, which is the ring they sell on Aliexpress.

When ypu contact them to make the return they insist that you keep it, even offereing partial refunds. After 6 mails they told me to ship it to a particular person in UK, in order that the scames keep moving.

Obviusly, I won´t send it to another person. I have made the process via my Bank to have the money back and I will sue them in all the ways I can.

DON´T BUY.

Excellent customer support experience.

The customer support was impressive. I encountered some sizing issues and was able to easily exchange it. However, the second size didn't fit as well, so I opted for a return and refund since my fingers seem to fall between sizes despite being measured (smart rings can be bulkier). They offered me a refund and suggested keeping the ring instead of returning it, citing international shipping costs as a concern. I agreed to a fair refund. Overall, communication was straightforward. I ended up gifting it to my sister, who found the app and ring effective for her needs and hasn't faced any issues.

A Disappointing Experience.

A disappointing experience indeed. I purchased this ring after coming across what seemed to be a legitimate blog review online (which I now suspect may be linked to them). When it arrived, it wasn’t even labeled as the expected product; instead, it had a different name and came in very flimsy packaging. After only two days of wearing it, I realized it was far from what I anticipated and decided to return it, as their website clearly stated that returns were welcomed. The initial representative I spoke with confirmed that the return was acceptable. However, things took a turn. They began ‘negotiating’ my refund, offering me 10%, then 20% off to persuade me to keep the ring. They claimed that accepting the item back would be too costly for them. This is completely unacceptable and contradicts their own stated policies. After much back-and-forth, I finally secured a refund, but now they are requesting that I clean, repackage, and ship the ring at my own expense to another customer in the UK! Essentially, they expect me to do their job and send it to another unsuspecting buyer. This entire operation feels like an untrustworthy overseas entity with no grasp of customer service, accountability, or ethics. Steer clear of them entirely unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

Quick Delivery Experience

The delivery was impressively fast. Although I received the wrong color of the ring, the seller offered a reasonable discount if I chose to keep it, which I did. Unreliable Company

This company is uncooperative with returns. Initially, they ask if you want to keep the item, then offer a discount. After that, they promise to send a return address, but you never hear from them again. They lead you on without providing actual help.

Avoid This Business!

This is honestly the worst company I have ever encountered regarding customer service. I no longer need the ring, and they are making every effort to complicate the return process. I’ve exchanged about 20 emails with them requesting a return. They attempted to persuade me to accept a discount to keep the ring and said they would provide a return address but are now claiming they need more time for that. If you face any issues, they won’t resolve them for you. Although the site appears UK-based, this is a foreign business with no regard for UK values. I would steer clear of this business entirely!

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely poor service. If I could give negative stars, I would. I followed their sizing instructions precisely, yet received a ring that was too large. When I asked to return it, I encountered the same issues as other reviewers. They claimed that it would be a significant loss for them if I returned it, offering me a discount instead. I don’t want a discount for something I can’t use! They later claimed to have processed my refund, but they hadn’t. Fortunately, I am well aware of my rights and ready to initiate legal action. Their behavior is appalling, and they will not escape accountability for defrauding me.

Get Proper Sizing

Definitely ensure your finger is measured by a professional, as I made a sizing mistake using string. I sent it back for a replacement without any issues with customer service. They were great, and I received the new ring in just over a week. It looks fantastic and works well; I would recommend it.
