I ordered a pair of WW1 German embroidered shoulder boards for a replica uniform, but they arrived excessively large, much wider and longer than anticipated. I reached out to the company to check if I received the incorrect items or if there was an issue with their supplier. I attached a photo comparing what I received to the standard pair included with the uniform, illustrating the size difference. I got a polite reply from a representative who stated she would pass my concerns to a colleague. After not receiving further communication, I followed up and got another apology, but still no response from the colleague, whom I believe is the owner. This was my first purchase from the company, and while I had planned to buy more, I’m now reluctant to do so.
