I ordered a pair of WW1 German embroidered shoulder boards for a replica uniform, but they turned out to be excessively large, significantly wider and longer than expected. I reached out to the company to inquire if I had received the wrong items or if there was an issue with their supplier. I included a photo comparing the ones I received with the standard pair that came with the uniform to highlight the size difference. I received a courteous response from a representative who mentioned she would forward my concerns to a colleague. However, after not hearing back, I followed up and received another apology, but days went by without any response from the colleague, whom I suspect is the owner. This was my first experience with the company, and although I had considered making additional purchases, I'm now hesitant to do so again.

However, the patch was not as advertised; it had rough edges, was smaller, and poorly designed. It was also stitched too low, interfering with the pocket and ruining the detail of the jacket. The left arm looked awful, making it unsuitable for reenactment. When I contacted them, they mentioned it matched the picture but offered a refund if I wanted. I declined, opting to resolve the issue myself.
I ordered a replacement hat and badge for my father’s stolen RAF hat, intending to present it at a family dinner for his birthday. However, what I received was not as advertised. When I reached out for help, I was met with blame directed at the supplier. I found their response disappointing, especially since they admitted they do not check items before dispatch and that the pins are sourced from a different supplier.
I wanted to purchase a 303 replica rifle and sent confirmation that I am a reenactor. Previously, I had no issues, but now they claim I need to be part of a military vehicle club. They should clarify that they won’t send replica weapons until proof of public liability insurance is provided. This feels like false advertising. I have spent a lot over the years and expected better treatment. I felt like a criminal, and I would recommend seeking equipment from other sellers who treat customers with respect.
Although I'm not a reenactor, I enjoy camping with classic gear. I’m thrilled to have discovered this store, the only place where I could find a proper rucksack and canvas pup tent. It’s a refreshing alternative to the plastic camping products that dominate the market. Excellent service and quality gear with every order so far.
