I have ordered twice from this company, firstly I ordered a Webley .455 round which whoever picked it from the shelves did not know how to identify and collected instead a .45 ACP round. When this arrived I sent it back and they returned it with a Webley round as well as the .45 ACP bullet (which was nice).The second time I ordered I bought a SOE pencil fuse which arrived intact and quickly (with no mistakes this time). Overall I would say they are good and have a good service but could do with teaching their staff to identify their product.
