I reached out to the company to inquire if I had received the wrong items or if there was an issue with their supplier. I included a photo comparing the ones I received with the standard pair that came with the uniform to highlight the size difference. I received a courteous response from a representative who mentioned she would forward my concerns to a colleague. However, after not hearing back, I followed up and received another apology, but days went by without any response from the colleague, whom I suspect is the owner. This was my first experience with the company, and although I had considered making additional purchases, I'm now hesitant to do so again.
