Absolute shambles of a company ! Originally waited 10 weeks for our sofa to arrive which was fine , however it arrived badly damaged so needed to be replaced only to be told it would be another 10 weeks . Now 13 weeks on ( 23 weeks total ) and we are still waiting !! Only to be told on the phone we will get a replacement at some point but don’t know when .
