Absolutely shocking experience. We bought two recliner sofas in “Nutmeg” and they are NOTHING like what’s shown in the showroom—completely different colour and far worse quality.
We checked the swatch and even used the room visualiser before buying, yet what turned up looks nothing like what we were sold. This feels completely misleading.
When we complained to Sofology, we were dismissed and told it’s “the correct colour” and that nothing could be done—no accountability at all.
The sofas themselves are poorly made—stitching doesn’t line up, cushions are uneven, and the legs are wonky. These are NOT the same as the showroom models.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
