**Buy a faulty sofa on finance and then be continually messed about by Sofology's passive aggressive call centre staff**
We bought paramount reclining sofa on finance it was delivered we didnt use it for 3 months then we used it and it broke. I weigh 14 stone my Mrs weighs 12 stone. When we contacted Sofology they said oh we know about this particular model we have had to order so many extra brackets to replace because there is a general fault with this model. Unfortunately it will take up to ten weeks to get someone out with the part . Fast forward 9 and half weeks we chase them up to see what's happening they then email saying man will be out in 3 days 27th Feb 2026. We call straight back to say this day nobody is in ( one of only days of year where there is nobody in house) they reschedule for next available date 12th March. So today 27th Feb the part is received by us in post and we receive a call saying when do you want to arrange the man to come out we say we've already booked 12th March she says fine she will send an email to confirm this . Email comes through with 28th May on it as day he will arrive. I call them back Hisham says there is no record on the system of our postcode says hang on give me one minute and then 5 seconds later hangs up. Life was so much better before we dealt with Sofology.
