They have someone reachable when their main person in charge wasn’t there.The system worked well with us, even it had some struggle transferring the settlement to Asia since it was there first time, but Marie, their accountant helped me a lot with the help of our Project Manager, Anna, who seems to be very helpful. Also, Nana from the payment division is very supportive and careful. I couldn’t thank you enough.In conclusion, it’s trustable but since it’s regulation related, what against the law will be banned and they work in their policy and orders. I can see many customer who complain about their action against the company’s policies.
