At first I was a bit worried, I met the sales in the event in Dubai and once we confirmed to do business with them, they seems to have many long vacations that I was wondering if it would effect our timeline.
But I wasn’t. They have someone reachable when their main person in charge wasn’t there.
The system worked well with us, even it had some struggle transferring the settlement to Asia since it was there first time, but Marie, their accountant helped me a lot with the help of our Project Manager, Anna, who seems to be very helpful. Also, Nana from the payment division is very supportive and careful. I couldn’t thank you enough.
In conclusion, it’s trustable but since it’s regulation related, what against the law will be banned and they work in their policy and orders. I can see many customer who complain about their action against the company’s policies. If you do anything under their policies and regulations, there is no need to be worried.

We were reticent at first because the investment was above our budget but their backoffice is amongst the most complete there is. After few months of negotiation, we decided to risk and I must say, it paid off. This is our first year with them, and we managed to expand enough to cover what we spent and increase our profit. The lengthy content portfolio is also a big plus, only misses good lottery solutions.
This is a real review. We have worked with SoftGamings for over 5 years now: they have an amazing helpdesk and project managers. Very supportive team, in general, with reachable developers and heads of departments. So, while it is a big company, they do not suffer the problems of undefined responsibilities and endless bureaucracy (at least not yet). Our account manager is fun and responsive - that actually sums up our experience with all members of SGs. On the negative side, projects may take way too long. Also, the company is only planning to be data-driven and is currently not AI-friendly. But they are a reliable and supportive partner. We know that we made a good decision to partner with SoftGamings.

If you’re considering SoftGamings for your online casino, think again.Our biggest issue with SoftGamings? They’ve frozen around $50,000 of our real money, funds that we deposited to fund our operations. And for what in return? Absolutely nothing. Instead, they’ve given us play money—virtual funds meant for streamers to create content with. This is outrageous! We’re talking about real money, and they’ve decided to hold it hostage for their own use while offering us nothing of value.This started when we began working with them under their WhiteLabel Package, which was riddled with delays and poor service. After months of frustration, we decided to upgrade to their Turnkey solution, we were hopeful that this would improve things, but the situation only worsened.The PSP integration, took over four months to complete. When it finally went live for just three weeks, the PSP was disabled without any reasonable explanation. On top of that, when we pre-scheduled everything for our Turnkey launch in January 2025, we found out their team was on a two-week vacation during the key period, delaying our entire launch by a month. We’ve now wasted an entire month of our license.What makes matters worse is that they are refusing to release the $50,000 of our real money that they’ve locked up. Their excuse? They claim they’ll hold it for five years because, according to them, they haven’t been able to get in touch with players. So instead of giving us back our funds, they’re simply keeping them for their own benefit. This is absolutely unacceptable!This company has shown zero professionalism or commitment to actually helping their clients. It’s been an absolute nightmare, and we’re stuck paying huge bills while waiting for them to fix their mistakes.If you’re a business owner looking to launch an online casino, do not work with SoftGamings. Their shady practices with our funds and total disregard for their clients’ time and money is enough to make us strongly warn others to steer clear. Unless they make this right, we will continue to warn others to avoid this company at all costs. Stay away from SoftGamings!
The worst company I have ever worked with. They didn’t deliver on most things they agreed on, but definitely continued to bill us for services we were not getting. They are “on holiday” so often with no communication. They are unresponsive even when they are not. They kept sending us invoices with threats to shut our project off if it was not paid. It seems like they just wanted to continue to bill us for nothing. We were mislead so many times about what was and was not allowed. They shut off our domain and ability to communicate with our clientele. They never refunded us for the $10k we spent on having a poker room built that they were never able to produce. I am the CEO of Pangs casino club. We chose Soft Gaming to assist us through the building of our online casino segment of our company about 3 years ago. Which we very much regret today making that decision. Soft gaming has been nothing short of a major disaster for our company. The amount of pitfalls we’ve suffered due to absolute negligence on the part of multiple individuals in their company is staggering. After the build/licensing process was finally completed after lots of delays. We soft opened the casino in August of 2023. Beginning with our soft open launch we received incorrect information from top people in the company Evgeny, Vlad and Katja just to name a few. The information put our license at risk with in the first 3 months we were open. Soft gaming left it almost 100% to us to fix the issues which they caused with their bad information. Since we’ve launched which is now 18 months later. There’s been a laundry list of deficiencies (way to much to even list in a review) that we’ve suffered from this company. We have lost so much money trying to just disconnect from them and operate our casino elsewhere under the wing of a different provider. I would absolutely recommend you stay far far away from this company.
