I m very dissapointed with soft goatI placed an order on the 27th of december and it wasn't shipped to this day!!! They state on their website that the order "will be sent from our warehouse within 2-5 business days" I sent them a message asking about the order and more than 3 days ago someone from their customer service told me that is going to be processed and sent that day. Another lie.I ordered on the exact same date last year (27.12.2024) and the order was on its way on the 28th dec!! And then it was 9 euros for shipping, and a two week and something waiting Now it s 15 euros just for the shipping and I get to wait a month for it to be shipped and another almost 3 weeks to receive it!! Maybe in march I will receive the package finally...And about the quality vs price? So not worth itTheir pieces are made in China and it shows, the sweater I got last year got a hole in it very soon after I got it, wore it very carefully 2 times, the only good thing about them is that they sent a piece of cashmere thread for reparations.
