So far, i am finding customer service extremely helpful. I love the fabric and quality, but the sweater I ordered came too small. They have been incredibly helpful in getting me the right size. I ordered the right size again and can't wait to get it. Their pieces are beautiful. Thank you Soft Goat!

I am very frustrated with the service. I placed an order on December 27th, and it still hasn't shipped! Their website claims that orders "will be sent from our warehouse within 2-5 business days." I reached out to inquire about my order, and over three days ago, a representative assured me it would be processed and shipped that day. Another false promise. Last year, I ordered on the same date, and it was on its way by December 28th! The shipping cost was 9 euros then, with a waiting period of just over two weeks. Now, it’s 15 euros for shipping, and I'm facing a month-long delay, plus nearly three more weeks to actually receive it! Perhaps it will arrive in March... As for the quality versus price? Definitely not worth it. Their items are made in China, and it shows. The sweater I received last year developed a hole shortly after I wore it just twice. The only positive aspect is that they included a piece of cashmere thread for repairs.

Quality of the products and excelente customer service. Soft goat has great products. I have bought quite a few through the years and they are in great condition. There is little pilling which is normal, but it is easy to take off with the proper comb. I had a problem with the courier ( first time). I thought that the gifts would not arrive in time for Christmas and soft goat was exceptional in solving this problem. Excelente customer service. Very grateful and completely recommend
I had a very disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend ordering from them.I purchased a cashmere wool coat that arrived in an unbelievably crinkled condition—far beyond normal creasing from shipping. The coat looked as though it had been improperly stored for a very long time, with deep, set-in creases and a distorted reverse. Even after hanging it for three days, nothing improved.I contacted customer service, sent photos, and requested an exchange for the same coat in proper condition, as I actually liked the design. Instead of offering a replacement, they told me simply to “steam it”—which is not helpful, as many private households do not own a professional steamer. They also insisted they were not responsible for the state in which the product arrived, which is unacceptable. A retailer is absolutely responsible for ensuring that items reach customers in good condition, regardless of logistical partners.They refused an exchange and told me the only option was to return the coat—while still charging a €15 return fee, which they did not offer to waive despite the condition of the product.Having worked myself for Germany’s largest online fashion retailer, I have never encountered customer service or product handling this poor. The way this company treats its garments and its customers is extremely disappointing.
I own four sweaters from Soft Goat – plus one I returned because it didn’t fit. Quality-wise, I’m very happy, but that’s partly because I did my research before buying - I followed their social media to see real people in it and read customer reviews about sizing. Sizes are inconsistent across styles – I usually wear size S (EU), but my purchases ended up being XS, M, M, and XL. One recurring issue is that I never get a tracking number until the very day the package is out for delivery. The most frustrating experience was with my return: I sent the sweater back immediately, and the courier delivered it to them in Sweden within two days – and then nothing happened for an entire month. No confirmation, no update, nothing, until they finally decided to inform me they had received it.
I have treated myself to a boyfriend sweater and a few other tops every year for Christmas for the past 7 or so years. The quality of the cashmere has been declining in the last few years and this last sweater is the worst one yet. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again.
swift delivery, but trying to arrange a return has been impossible. I can not get a response having emailed three times to request relevant number to proceed to obtaining return label.Are they going bust?..Shocking customer service.Will not order again
