I ordered cashmere sweaters on Soft Goat online on January 13th for about 1000 EUR and chose DHL Express to Denmark.On January 15th, I emailed to ask when I could expect the delivery (so I could be home). No response. The same day, I received an email from Soft Goat stating that a tracking number for DHL Express had been created.On January 19, I noticed the shipment was still at “Arlanda.” I emailed again, asking for a refund for the express delivery, as the 3–5 day delivery time had already passed, and I wondered where my order was.On January 20, I contacted DHL, and they informed me that a shipping label had been created, but the goods had never been handed over to them.That same day, I tried calling Soft Goat customer service twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon. You start in a phone queue with 5 people, but every time I got down to position 2, the call was disconnected.For a Swedish company, this kind of mismanagement is unbelievable. I ordered from Denmark, thinking that a Swedish company with a flagship store would maintain higher standards. I am shocked to experience such poor customer service. Who is behind this?
