Ordered a gift before Christmas-cream cashmere t-shirt. It arrived faulty with an orange spot on tummy area. It was already strange how luxury brand with prices over £200 for t-shirt can pack without any quality control. Wrote them an email, received a response only after wrote comment on Instagram in 5 days or so. Had to search fast a substitute for my gift as it was clear that I will not be able to get a replacement from them on time. The process of returning is also problematic. However, after that I received an email that they have to check an item to make any conclusions what to do. Sort of indirect reference to accuse client and not to refund anything. After nearly a month of waiting I have got my refund. Do not recommend to order there. There are lots of other brands with great quality and superb customer service.
