I never thought companies could operate such blatant scams today, but this one has proven me wrong! The $80 robe I ordered was supposed to be made from "100% premium cotton with a450 GSM Zero-Twist weave," yet the tag on the robe states it's 100% polyester. The support team won't issue a refund unless I cover international shipping back to China. They never confirm the product was incorrect, only express apologies for my dissatisfaction. I tried to return the polyester robe before escalating the issue, but I refuse to lose money due to their mistake. The representative informed me that they don’t offer free returns and all returns must go to their fulfillment center in China, warning that returns to other addresses could be lost. Their resolution options are unacceptable. I won’t pay shipping and customs for a misrepresented product. They continue to offer partial refunds while I escalate through the resolution center. Allowing them to keep part of my payment for a misrepresented item is also unacceptable, as there is a significant quality difference between Egyptian cotton and polyester. Misleading advertising and delivering low-quality items is a scam. Stay away from this seller.
