Misleading quality and return practices

I want to share my experience to caution others about this company. They advertise premium-quality towels that appear thick and plush, but what I received were thin, poorly made towels of inferior quality. The difference is glaring. Customer service acknowledged the issue and initially offered three options: keep the product with a small refund, exchange for the correct item, or return for a full refund with prepaid shipping. I opted for the full refund, but they refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I pay for shipping back. They later offered a partial refund only if I signed a handwritten letter stating I was no longer disputing the charge. This request is unusual and concerning. Their behavior indicates a pattern of avoiding full refunds and pressuring customers into accepting less. In summary: the product received was not as advertised, they did not honor their refund policy, and the entire process felt manipulative. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.
