I never thought companies could operate such clear scams today, but this experience has changed my mind. I ordered a robe that was advertised as "crafted from 100% premium cotton with a 450 GSM Zero-Twist weave," yet what I received was labeled as 100% polyester. The company refuses to refund my purchase unless I cover the international shipping and customs costs back to their location. Their customer service is evasive, only expressing apologies for my "dissatisfaction" without addressing the product mismatch. I tried to return the polyester robe in good faith before escalating the issue, but I'm not willing to lose money due to their mistake. According to the support team, "We don’t currently offer free returns. All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in China... Please note: returns sent to other addresses may unfortunately be lost or destroyed, and we wouldn’t be able to process a refund in that case. All custom duties should be paid by the returner." Their resolution options are unacceptable. I refuse to pay for shipping and customs for a misrepresented product. Meanwhile, they continue to propose partial refunds while I'm pursuing this through a resolution center. Allowing them to keep part of my payment for a robe that was falsely advertised is also unacceptable. There is a huge difference in price and quality between Egyptian cotton and polyester. I paid a premium for what was supposed to be high-quality Egyptian cotton, but received a low-quality polyester item instead. Misleading advertising and delivering inferior products is a scam and should not be tolerated. I strongly advise staying away from this company.
