Terrible. You have to pay $99 for "vip" curbside delivery but there is absolutely nothing VIP about it or their customer service. I've received very little communication about my order and still am waiting for a tracking number after ordering 2 weeks ago. I have zero faith that I'll get my actual order. I think this company is a total scam.
