Terrible. You have to pay $99 for "vip" curbside delivery but there is absolutely nothing VIP about it or their customer service. I've received very little communication about my order and still am waiting for a tracking number after ordering 2 weeks ago. I have zero faith that I'll get my actual order. I think this company is a total scam.

I bought a domus king-size bed frame from this store, and it's amazing quality. The headboard feels premium, and the frame is really sturdy - no squeaks at all. Assembly was straightforward, and it looks gorgeous once set up. Totally worth it for the price!
This company has very poor communication. I ordered a bed frame. I received a confirmation saying my order was "processing". No other communication. I followed up with an email and was told my bed frame would ship in 30-35 days. 35 days passed. I wrote and was told it would be another 30 days. They did not address me correctly in the email indicating to me that their first language is unlikely english or it is a bot. I have requested a refund, with no response and filed a claim with my credit card company.
