Bessette is very comforting and educated about a lot of things she. has helped me get a PT after I looked for about a month it took her couple of days same with my wheel chair getting it adjusted and fixed my home PT starts this next week I think I am so happy to have this help and someone to talk to when your bed ridden and only family to help and they. really don't know how I am glad for an advocate to help and if I could give more then 5 starts I would she is worth her weight in gold to me
