Review Time
I can get real frustrated with navigating the medical appts. I was on face book I saw an advertisement for Solace. Best thing I ever did. My advocate Michelle is a like a tornado 🌪. She just keeps going thru the hurdles like they are children's speed bumps. I was getting ready to totally give up but when I spoke with her and felt her not going to take no fir an answer. I also have mental health issues and insurance companies know you will give up. Thats is where Solace is so wonderful. My advocate Michelle knows that too and her fighter attitude comes out for me. If you need help I recommend highly Solace. And Michelle.
Ms. Esi is my advocate and she has been above and beyond. The help she has attempted to provide is above and beyond, I just have a bit of a complicated situation going on. I still appreciate everything she has done and am very happy with her services.
My advocate, Janelle, seems to me like an old friend. It's easy to talk to her and she's so helpful and she helps me think of things that I couldn't have come up with on my own regarding certain things. Honestly I would feel lost it without her. I'm so glad that this service exists!
I think Liz is doing a good job with her assignments to help with navigating the process in which I am going through I understand that she has to have some time to process what she needs to process and understand what I am going through with my health issues that isn’t a easy process which just happens when a patient is outside the ordinary process that is usually the most accurate problems in their health care needs to solve in a timely manner she is trying her best to make sure that the patients stays well as much as possible her involvement has been making a difference in some particular areas of my health I’m just concerned that during this process she will keep up the good work she has always been doing and that she will continue to do good with her involvement with my health care needs it’s not a easy process I just believe her and I will get some issues done soon as I surley needs some things to get better I Thank her for everything and hopefully she will always have great success in her health care advocate cases
Since I was fortunate enough to find Solace my life has
been greatly simplified and improved. Making Doctor
appointments and scheduling round-triptransportation
is now a snap with Solace. I even get reminders of
appointments -24 hours in advance. Complicate
medical answeres from doctors are often confusing.
With my advocate Beth, my questions are now explained in terms even I can understand. One problem at a time but we’re already looking at the next health issue. I truly don't know where I’d be without my advocate Beth!
Jordyn, my advocate has been so helpful and accomodating to me. She is never overly pushy or negative.... always has good suggestions. Today she went out of her way to get thru to my Health Care Plan and try to get my funds back for an Uber ride that never came to pick me up. I had to get a taxi and the cost wasn't in my budget. She is always available by phone and or email. I feel very comfortable with her. I feel a friendship along with her advocacy.
I was disappointed overall. While my advocate was very nice, essentially no progress was made in sorting out my billing issues. It was still me making the calls and writing grievances. I'm now 8 months and more than 20 phone calls into this nightmare and nothing is resolved. Solace did file claims for my insurance for each of their calls with me. They said I wouldn't have to pay them, but insurance has definitely NOT paid them. I fear winding up liable for those too.
My Advocate checks in on me every week, and reviews everything that I have going on, with regards to my health. We cover Medicare expenses, doctor visits, lab work, any new diagnoses that may arise, and she frequently offers to make phone calls for me when I need her intervention.
