I was disappointed overall. While my advocate was very nice, essentially no progress was made in sorting out my billing issues. It was still me making the calls and writing grievances. I'm now 8 months and more than 20 phone calls into this nightmare and nothing is resolved. Solace did file claims for my insurance for each of their calls with me. They said I wouldn't have to pay them, but insurance has definitely NOT paid them. I fear winding up liable for those too.
