I can get real frustrated with navigating the medical appts. I was on face book I saw an advertisement for Solace. Best thing I ever did. My advocate Michelle is a like a tornado 🌪. She just keeps going thru the hurdles like they are children's speed bumps. I was getting ready to totally give up but when I spoke with her and felt her not going to take no fir an answer. I also have mental health issues and insurance companies know you will give up. Thats is where Solace is so wonderful. My advocate Michelle knows that too and her fighter attitude comes out for me.
