I ordered my "exciting new product" on December 9th, and as of today, December 26th, it still hasn’t arrived. I spoke with a representative in Customer Service, who claimed it had been shipped and would arrive between January 1st and 3rd. The item is only traveling from Edison, NJ, to Brooklyn, NY. They use an unknown carrier, not UPS, FedEx, or even USPS. I pointed out that this isn’t a legitimate shipping company, just a warehouse. I mentioned I would be traveling next week, but they insisted, "The item has been shipped, and that’s our policy." I expressed my frustration by stating that the company is a scam. I could have walked from Edison to Brooklyn faster! Eventually, I mentioned contacting my bank, and suddenly, the representative offered a refund, saying I wouldn't need to return the product if it ever arrives. He claimed the refund would take 5-7 days, but I saw it as "pending" in my account immediately!
