Very disappointing purchase. These seat covers appears as a cream colour on the website, but in reality they are a strong yellow/mustard shade, which looks completely different from the product photos. This difference is not clearly disclosed anywhere.Before purchasing, we contacted customer service to confirm whether they would fit a Suzuki Jimny, as the product is described as “universal fit.” We were reassured that they would fit. However, when the covers arrived, they did not fit the seats properly at all.When we raised both issues, the response was unhelpful. We were told the colour difference is due to studio lighting and materials, and that sizing is the customer’s responsibility based on a measurement chart. This contradicts the advice we were given before purchase.Overall, this experience suggests a lack of accountability and concern for customer satisfaction. I am left with a product that does not match its advertised appearance and does not fit my vehicle.
