We've encountered problems with battery charging on our system. The battery stopped charging even with full sunlight while continuing to feed power to the grid for nearly six hours. Response to emails was inadequate, and after waiting 20 minutes for a phone call, customer support did not answer. Very disappointing response. Still waiting for help.
