We are located in WA. If there was an option for a zero rating, I would choose it. The initial installation date for our second battery was November 14th. While the installation process went smoothly and payment was taken promptly, the battery has not functioned since it was set up. Countless hours spent on hold, sometimes for over an hour with no human assistance. Numerous emails sent. The excuses about missing parts vanished once we halted our credit card payment. Suddenly, they were eager to schedule a repair. We were eventually given a date of December 9th for someone to address the battery issue. To our surprise, no one showed up, and we received no notification of cancellation. Someone stayed home all day waiting for them... and nothing! Today, December 19th, my husband has been on hold for over an hour again. He has sent multiple emails and tried various phone numbers without success. AVOID THIS COMPANY. We are escalating this to Consumer Protection in WA.
